Happy Holidays everyone! Everyone must me in a festive spirit now 🙂 Today I am sharing two DIY items I made for my Christmas tree and are super easy!
First is Christmas bauble
WHAT YOU NEED
White Ping Pong balls (usually you get a pair for a dollar or less)
Gold metallic paint
Red paint
Cotton
Glitter Glue
Tread
HOW TO MAKE
- Paint the Ping Pong balls with whatever colour you like
- Leave it to dry
- Once the colour has dried, add glitter glue on top half of the ball
- while the glue is still wet, cut the tread to the length you prefer and stick a small portion of the on tip of the ball along with the glue
- Let it dry and then hang it on your tree or in the house
Second is Clay Candy Cane
WHAT YOU NEED
Red and white clay
Oven to bake
Tread
HOW TO MAKE
- Roll and make 1 strip each of red and white clay as depicted in the image below(similar to the ones made for the Clay Bowls)
- Now combine and twist one red and one white clay strip vertically. Let it remain a bit thick
- Now bend one side like a candy cane
- Tie a tread on the top bent end and hang it on your tree!
