Chicken Sesame Salad Sandwich

 

This is a healthy quick snack that I love to make and eat ofcourse! It involves less effort and is healthier than other snacks around. This mixture is for 5-6 Sesame Slices.

INGREDIENTS

Lettuce 2 leaves thinly chopped
Chopped onions 2 tbsp
Chicken (boiled and shredded) 1/2 cup
Sesame Bread Loaf 4-5 slices
Mayo 2 tbsp
Mustard Sauce 1 tsp
Dry Basil 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

METHOD

  • In a bowl mix together the veggies and boiled shredded chicken (crunchy lettuce & chopped onion), sprinkle a pinch of black pepper and mix
  • Add Mayo, mustard sauce, basil, a little more black pepper and salt to taste
  • Mix all the ingredients well
  • Toast the Sesame bread slices butter it if you like (I usually avoid butter when I am eating Mayo based food)
  • Add the chicken mixture over it , garnish it with black pepper or sesame seeds
